It is important that councillors are aware of any concerns, as they will vote to adopt the Local Plan on 10th December 2024.

- Traffic and congestion are already a huge problem for the Epsom and Ewell area
- Air quality and quality of life will get worse as population increases
- Pressure will increase on places in schools, child care, and medical facilities
- Infrastructure is not in place or planned to support more people or more traffic
