All local authorities in Surrey will see their housing targets increase under the government’s proposed new method for determining how many homes should be build in each borough. A petition has been raised on Change.org to ask UK government to initiate a thorough review of all the targets set for housing in boroughs in England.

Realistic Growth for Quality of Life
We have all struggled with the traffic delays in Epsom. The growth planned by the borough council in the Local Plan in homes and population is not sustainable. The additional 43% increase demanded by UK Government is not achievable.
