Epsom + Ewell Local Plan Modifications Consultation

Epsom Clock Tower

The information below has been released by Epsom & Ewell Borough Council. To be discussed at the full meeting of the council on Monday 26th October.

A total of 16 sites have been added to the Local Plan since the previous consultation. There are some significant changes in and around Epsom and Ewell. It remains to be seen if there will be a market for more apartments in the centre of Epsom. Also, if there is a market and justification for development on several Green Belt sites. Traffic is already a big problem in and around Epsom, without a lot of homes being built. There are no plans to provide the infrastructure to support the needs of hundreds more residents.

Please contact the councillors in your ward if you have any comments or concerns on any of the developments listed below. Time is very limited to make comments before Monday 26th October.
